Before coaching:
There was a lack of clarity and I was unaware of the path that I was walking on, I didn't know a few shortcomings in my behaviour like: making assumptions and coming to conclusions, judging people and predicting their behaviour, had a slightly negative perspective, was in sir's own words "addicted to suffering".
I didn't know how to handle my own fears. I was stuck at situations in the past and was very distant from my family.

During coaching:

Our sessions begin with me asking questions. We can discuss any topic freely. Sir is like my one stop solution for guidance. I would immediately feel a difference in my energy levels during the sessions. I feel positive and good while talking to him and I know that I will get an honest opinion on which I can rely.

After coaching:

I can now work on my shortcomings, face and tame my fears and I am slowly bridging the gap between me and my family. I have much better clarity that I am taking steps towards my life goals. I keep an open mind now and don't jump to conclusions or pass judgements. I am content with my life and I don't feel that something is missing.
Most importantly, I now know that I need to take actions.
To conclude, sir is my life coach, my GURU and I am extremely grateful for it.

My experience of having Yayati Desai as my life coach has truly been a exceptional one! it’s funny to think about how my first time meeting with him i was actually forced by my mother but in one simple meeting my mind took a 180 degree turn and i went back to him willingly. I was quite naive, lacked confidence and was obstinate when I initially started the coaching, basically a scared teenager living in their own little bubble, afraid of every little obstacle may it be school or socialising.

It did take some time for me to open up and be accustomed to the open and non-judgmental environment of his office cause as a child i was never really allowed to talk about my thoughts and ideas openly. He, on the other hand, gave me complete freedom to ask any questions i had and he always had an insightful answer. His ways of teaching and helping are genuinely enticing and different, it always left me wanting to learn more and more from him. He taught me some great techniques to understand and nullify my temper issues, time management problems and helped me gain more confidence in myself, so much so that i had the courage to put on a stand-up comedy show!

If you are anything like me and struggle with such issues i would definitely recommend taking up his sessions, it would not only be freeing but would also help you see and understand the world a bit differently after every session 🙂

I remember walking into his office 4 or 5 years ago with questions in my head, insecurities creeping into my mind and well, a slight fear of being judged. The first conversation I had with him was about what I wanted to do with my life. Born in an Indian household, I gave him all the best answers I had learnt all over the years: yeah, being super successful and earn money and own a house and all of the rosy dreams every teen has seen. He said that’s all fine but what do you want to be? That question made no sense to me that day but I guess, today, years later I have my answer. I want to be what I am today! A confident individual, still having insecurities and doubts, but also the courage to overcome them. Yayati is that non- judgemental coach who has watched movies with me during sessions and the very next session has had the most intense conversation I have ever had in my life.
I was that nerd who was scared to believe in herself and to dream of better things. He’s made me realise how important success and failures both are! Yayati, thanks for always listening to my rants so patiently and never judging any of dreams or ambitions. I’m still that teen with a thousand unsolved questions in her head but now I know that I am capable of knowing the answers to them and I owe it to you.

I still remember meeting him at a friend's place and suddenly saying yes to taking a workshop with him, (probably my best decision)
Later when I started one-on-one sessions with him I started to see my life from a different perspective.
I argued less, started to thank more for everything i have, love more and was loved more by people around me more.
He made me a better version of myself by helping me love myself in ways that made me a confident, determined and a responsible person that I am today.

Learning, fun and healing that's how the sessions work.

Three years back I was a shy kid,with alot of insecurities about various things and was going through a bad phase of life when I met Yayati Desai,whom I’d say is literally the “Jug to my Kaira”!Unlike a typical therapist with four wall enclosed serious sessions,I had the best 6 months of my life where I transformed from an introvert to atleast a confident human being,with alot of clear aims,an open mindset and what not.I remember crying,laughing,being angry and showing my vulnerable sides and getting the best possible solutions to my problems with just an hour a week.If I have to be thankful for that one person who has been a backbone to my transformatory glow up,it would be undoubtedly Mr. Yayati Desai.All in all,anyone who’s contacting him,is not contacting a life coach but what i call a very trustworthy,reliable and the most amazing friend,who helps you grow and bloom beautifully!

Looking to uplift yourself ? I had a great time with Yayati where I didn’t only uplift myself but learnt that life is a choice . It is what you make of it. The sessions were wonderful where I was constantly given simple ideas on how I can change my view about myself. At first , it didn’t click to me but later I realised the power that this holds and there I was living a much better life. So if you are looking out for some guidance , he is the right man 🙂
